Recently, ICARE has signed a framework agreement on teacher-student exchange with the University of Angers (Université d’Angers). This marks the expansion of our cooperation from a single-course collaboration to a multi-dimensional cooperation system covering collaborative scientific research and innovation, teacher-student exchange visits, and resource sharing and co-construction. The signing of this agreement will provide a broader international exchange platform and cutting-edge scientific research cooperation opportunities for teachers and students of both sides, effectively promoting the sharing of high-quality educational and scientific research resources between the two universities, and contributing to the improvement of the internationalization of school-running quality and efficiency as well as the enhancement of global influence for both parties.
It is reported that the University of Angers was founded in the 11th century, is one of the oldest institutions of higher education not only in France but also in Europe. Its Polytech Angers, as a member of the Polytech network, enjoys a high reputation in the field of engineering education.Its Batiments Durables programme is well known and recognized in France by companies dealing with operation and maintenance processes of large buildings. As a key participating institution in the EU’s Erasmus+ program, the University of Angers has built an international cooperation network covering more than 300 universities in over 50 countries around the world. Its mature international education management system will provide strong support for the cooperation between the two sides.
